As the eldest of three children, Nicola's journey began with her mother, affectionately known as "Little Love," whose life was dedicated to uplifting children, women, and families through small but immensely impactful acts of kindness.

Inspired by her mother's legacy and always had a nurturing spirit, Nicola embarked on a remarkable path of her own. Armed with not one, but two Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology and a Master's degree in Sociology all from FAU, and her deep-rooted commitment to understanding human behavior and societal dynamics, she honed her skills in customer service and project management. Nicola's journey through academia and commitment to growth and social change equipped her with essential qualities like communication, emotional intelligence, resource management, and organization.

Working in the field of communications as a Project Management Service Representative, Nicola developed a profound understanding of how to create meaningful change in her community and effectively bridging the gap between her academic knowledge and real-world change. This valuable experience fueled her passion to make an impactful difference on a larger scale. Just over a year ago, Nicola founded Likkle Loves Charity, an embodiment of her mother's loving spirit.

Today, Likkle Loves Charity extends its arms wide, offering a helping hand in various ways. As did her mother, Nicola, and her team volunteer their time to care for the elderly and nurture the children in their community. They prepare and share meals with families in need, ensuring that no one goes to bed hungry. They provide shelter, supplies, and unwavering support to those who are struggling. Her dedication exemplifies her commitment to making Likkle Loves Charity a beacon of impact in the charitable sector.

Nicola's vision for Likkle Loves is rooted in her passion for giving back and fostering a sense of hope and connection within underserved communities. Her leadership has spearheaded impactful programs, from educational initiatives and nutrition webinars to vibrant community celebrations like the annual Christmas Joy Give-Back and back-to-school campaigns. Her dedication and her charity's unwavering commitment have earned them strong trust as they work with corporations such as Publix Supermarkets, Walmart, Wawa Foundation, STEM Christian Academy, and Broward Partnership. Together, they are creating a ripple of positivity that extends beyond borders.

Owning such a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Nicola's journey doesn't end here. Her dedication and vision make her a driving force behind Likkle Loves Charity's mission. She envisions taking Likkle Loves Charity to new horizons, with plans to expand to Maryland and New York City, touching even more lives and fostering love, care, support, and kindness for those in need. Using her professional experience in communication, customer service, and managing projects, coupled with her impressive educational background in psychology and sociology, she channels her skills to make a positive impact on the world through Likkle Loves Charity.
