Harriott's career evolved as she ventured into public health education, teaching disease prevention and wellness. She also served as a nutrition consultant at a vitamin store, promoting holistic nutrition and the concept of food as medicine.
Her path eventually led her to become a hospital administrator overseeing various clinical dietitians, reaffirming her dedication to good health and nutrition. Today, she works part-time as a nutrition consultant and serves as the Principal Nutritionist of a wellness consultant company. She also devotes full-time energy to homeschooling her two sons in Maryland alongside her husband.
